Shipment Processing Time
All orders made before 6:00PM are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. We ship directly from multiple warehouses as soon as the order is processed.ย

Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking

Damages
If you receive damaged product, please take a picture and email us the picture at info@candlesmolds.comย right away. We will only replace damaged goods within 48 hours of receiving your order.ย
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
