Apollo Bust Silicone Candle Mold for Sculptural DIY Candles
Product details
Bring a touch of classical artistry to your candle work with this Apollo bust silicone candle mold, modelled on the Greek god of music, poetry, and the arts. The flexible silicone captures the fine contours of the face, hair, and shoulders, so every pour comes out with gallery-worthy definition. It works beautifully with soy, paraffin, and beeswax, making it an easy fit for whatever wax you already love.
Key Benefits
- Flexible & durable silicone that flexes without tearing, pour after pour.
- Easy release & reusable โ the candle slides free cleanly, with no chipped edges.
- High-detail, crisp finish that holds the sculpted features of the bust.
- Beginner & professional friendly โ simple enough for a first project, refined enough for studio work.
- Wide wax compatibility with soy, paraffin, and beeswax.
Who It's For
This mold is made for DIY candle makers who love decorative, statement pieces, as well as small-business sellers building a distinctive product line and handmade-gift creators after something memorable. If you're still learning how to make candles at home, a sculptural bust like this is a satisfying step up: pour slowly to avoid air bubbles, allow proper candle curing before burning, and keep your fragrance load within your wax's recommended range so the scent throws well without affecting the set. For a piece this size, a longer wick or twin wicks help the flame travel evenly โ test wick compatibility with your chosen wax for the cleanest burn.
Care & Safety
- Wash with warm, soapy water, rinse, and let it air-dry fully before storing.
- Store flat or loosely rolled, away from dust and direct sunlight, to protect the detail.
- This is a silicone candle mold โ it is not food-safe and is intended for candle and wax use only.
Picture a maker pouring a soft cream soy candle for a friend who teaches literature โ the finished Apollo bust sits on her desk between stacks of poetry, half sculpture, half candle, far too lovely to actually light. That's the kind of keepsake this mold makes.
