Pouring the Detail
Support the mold upright and keep the wick centered through the main body. Pour steadily so wax can settle into the shell grooves and narrower starfish sections, then leave the mold undisturbed until the candle has cooled completely.
Demolding
Loosen the silicone around the broadest area first, then peel it back gradually around the shell edges and starfish points. Avoid pulling the finished candle straight from the mold while the smaller details are still enclosed.
