Funny Skeleton Silicone Candle Mold – 3 Designs

Product details
Add dark humor to your Halloween candle collection with the Funny Skeleton Silicone Candle Mold. Available in three separate designs, this unusual collection features a seated skeleton holding another skull, a skeleton relaxing in a bathtub, and a skeleton sitting on a toilet with its face buried in its hands.
Each design combines detailed skeletal anatomy with a playful everyday scene, creating candles that feel more quirky and character-driven than a traditional skull sculpture. They work especially well for Halloween displays, gothic collections and makers looking for something deliberately unexpected.
Key Features
- Three skeleton designs: Choose from Skull-Holding Skeleton, Skeleton in Bathtub or Skeleton on Toilet.
- Detailed skeletal anatomy: Sculpted skulls, rib cages, arms, hands, legs and individual bone details give each figure strong definition.
- Darkly humorous scenes: Everyday poses and bathroom settings give these skeleton candles a playful gothic character.
- Freestanding sculptures: Each variant creates a complete decorative figure rather than a simple skull-shaped candle.
- Detailed props: Depending on the design, the finished piece includes an additional skull, vintage-style bathtub or sculpted toilet.
- Flexible silicone construction: Helps the mold peel gradually away after the candle has completely cooled and hardened.
- Reusable: Suitable for repeated candle-making and compatible craft projects when properly cleaned and stored.
Choose Your Skeleton Design
Skull-Holding Skeleton
A seated skeleton rests one hand against the side of its face while holding a second skull against its body. The pose gives the figure a contemplative, almost theatrical appearance, with detailed ribs, joints, fingers and teeth visible throughout the sculpture.
Skeleton in Bathtub
A skeleton reclines inside a decorative bathtub with its knees raised and hands positioned near its upper body. The detailed bath shape gives this variant a humorous gothic spa-scene appearance.
Skeleton on Toilet
A skeleton sits hunched forward on a sculpted toilet with both hands covering its face. The exaggerated pose creates the most comedic design in the collection while retaining detailed skeletal anatomy.
Create Quirky Gothic Halloween Candles
Bone white, ivory and beige wax can emphasise the skeletal anatomy, while black, charcoal, burgundy or deep purple create a darker Halloween appearance. Brighter shades can turn the same sculptures into playful statement candles with an intentionally unexpected look.
Because the skeletons contain open rib structures, limbs, fingers and surrounding props, each design develops plenty of natural shadow and texture even when poured entirely in one colour.
These finished candles can be displayed alongside skulls, ghosts, pumpkins and other gothic pieces in Halloween arrangements or used as individual novelty candles.
Wick size, fragrance load, pouring temperature and cooling time depend on your selected design and wax formulation. Use a wax formulated for molded or freestanding candles, follow the manufacturer's recommendations and complete proper burn testing before using or selling finished candles.
Basic Use Guidance
- Select your preferred skeleton design.
- Position and secure an appropriate wick through the intended centre of the mold.
- Support the silicone mold securely on a stable, level surface.
- Prepare your wax according to the wax manufacturer's instructions.
- Pour gradually so wax can reach the fingers, ribs, skull cavities and smaller prop details.
- Allow the candle to cool and harden completely before attempting removal.
- Flex and peel the silicone away gradually, taking extra care around arms, fingers, ribs and narrow bone sections.
Care and Storage
Clean the silicone gently with mild soap and lukewarm water after it has cooled. Avoid knives, needles, abrasive brushes and other sharp tools inside the cavity. Dry thoroughly and store the mold in its natural shape away from direct sunlight and strong heat.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are all three skeleton molds included?
No. Skull-Holding Skeleton, Skeleton in Bathtub and Skeleton on Toilet are separate selectable designs. One mold in your selected design is included.
Is the first design just a regular skull?
No. It creates a complete seated skeleton figure with one hand against its face and another skull held against its body.
Is the bathtub design a candle vessel?
No. In this product, the bathtub is part of the solid sculptural skeleton design. It should not be confused with your separate Bathtub Candle Vessel mold.
How much wax do these molds require?
The product images do not state wax requirements. The gram figures shown beside the molds refer to the silicone mold weights, so they should not be used as candle-wax quantities.
Can I use soy wax with these molds?
Yes, provided you choose a soy wax formulated for molded or freestanding candles. Softer container wax may not provide enough rigidity for the skeleton's narrow bones and projecting details.
How should I demold the ribs and fingers?
Allow the candle to harden completely before removal. Peel the silicone gradually away from the main body, then carefully release narrow areas such as fingers, forearms, ribs and legs without pulling directly on them.
