Wooden Candle Wicks with Metal Bases – 100 Pack

These flat wooden wick strips are supplied with matching metal bases for container-candle setups. Two lengths are available, allowing you to choose the strip that best suits the height of the container before carrying out your own burn testing.

Two Wick Lengths

• Short: 13 × 60 mm (1.3 × 6 cm / 0.51 × 2.36 in)
• Long: 13 × 130 mm (1.3 × 13 cm / 0.51 × 5.12 in)

Metal Base Size

Each matching metal base is approximately 13.5 × 16.5 × 7.3 mm (0.53 × 0.65 × 0.29 in).

Setting Up the Wick

Insert the wooden strip into the metal base, secure the base at the center of the container and keep the wick upright before pouring. Trim the final wick height as required for your tested candle design.

Testing Matters

Wick performance depends on the complete candle system, including container diameter, wax, fragrance load and other formulation choices. Always burn-test the selected wick size in your finished candle before producing a batch.
